GCC DDR4 Programs
What should I send so you can quote quickly?
Company name, ship-to country, quantity and timeline, application, preferred grade if known, BOM or controller/memory map, enclosure temperature range, and any incumbent part number to match. Email to hi@loongtion.com with attachments, or use the form below.
Are you a trading company, distributor, or chip factory?
None of the above. Loongtion is the product owner: we define the device, adapt it to your platform, procure key materials, test and release from our own QA program, and support you directly. We are not a wafer fab, foundry, or PCB manufacturer.
What is the relationship between Loongtion and Yizhuo?
Yizhuo (Xi’an) has been our engineering and QA center since 2015. Loongtion (Ningbo), established 2024, is the global product-owner entity you contract with for export programs including GCC. Same team, same labs, same release process—you work with Loongtion; engineering accountability sits with our Xi’an center.
What temperature grades are available?
Industrial: -40°C to +85°C case (suffix (0))—this is the grade we guarantee on the orderable part numbers above. Extreme Environment: -55°C to +105°C (wide-temp -M, no (0)). Send enclosure peak temperature, sun load, and duty cycle—our engineering team will recommend a grade.
Industrial or Extreme for a hot GCC outdoor cabinet?
If the enclosure can exceed ~70°C or sees wide day–night ΔT (desert, roadside, unmanned hut), start with Extreme Environment. Controlled factory or indoor industrial ambient often fits Industrial (0). We validate against your thermal model, not guesswork.
Should I use ×8 or ×16 organization?
Match your memory controller and PCB layout: 1Gb×8 in FBGA78 or 512Mb×16 in FBGA96. Each chip is an 8Gb die (1GB byte capacity). Send your BOM or memory map—wrong organization is a common procurement mistake we help catch early.
Which part numbers can I order today?
Four production part numbers—see the orderable table above: industrial and extreme grades for ×8 and ×16. Full technical specification is emailed as PDF after inquiry.
Is this 8Gb DDR4 SDRAM for military or defense use?
No. We do not market this device for military or defense end-use. Extreme Environment grade (−55°C to +105°C) reflects harsh industrial qualification—Gulf oil & gas, outdoor telecom, remote infrastructure—not armed-forces programs. Technical scope per SKU is defined in the datasheet and quotation pack.

What are your commercial terms (MOQ, payment, samples, delivery)?
See the full Commercial terms section: MOQ 20 pcs per PN, T/T 50% + 50%, default ship from Ningbo, China, bulk lead 4–6 weeks (working days), samples 1–5 pcs charged upfront (sample fee deducted on first bulk PO), quotation valid 7 days.
What warranty applies to our B2B bulk order?
On qualified industrial bulk programs, we offer a 5-year commitment: if a device fails under normal use within that period and you provide reasonable evidence, we replace it at no charge. See scope & exclusions; full terms on your quotation. Published consumer policies at loongtion.com/warranty do not apply to industrial bulk contracts.
