Return and Exchange Time Limit

Return and Exchange Conditions

  • The product is within the warranty period or meets the return time limit
  • Provide original purchase proof (invoice or order number)
  • The product serial number matches the purchase record
  • The product is not artificially damaged or modified
  • No traces of water ingress, moisture or other liquid contact
  • Complete product accessories (such as packaging, data cable, etc.)

Cases Where Returns and Exchanges Are Not Supported

  • Artificially disassembled, repaired or modified products
  • Exceeding the specified return and exchange time limit
  • Physical damage to the product (such as dropping, collision)
  • Failure to provide purchase proof or the proof does not match the product
  • Missing or damaged accessories
  • Problems caused by normal wear and tear or use

Return and Exchange Application Process

    Submit Application Materials

    Provide necessary information such as product model, serial number, purchase proof, fault description and on-site photos

    Verification and Approval

    We will review your application within 12-24 hours to confirm whether it meets the return and exchange conditions

    Generate Return Waybill

    After approval, we will generate a free return waybill for you, and you can choose door-to-door pickup or self-delivery

  5. 5

    Goods Receipt and Inspection

    We will conduct a 1-2 day inspection after receiving the returned goods to confirm that they meet the conditions

  6. 6

    Process Refund or Exchange

    The refund will be completed or the new product will be shipped to you within 3-5 working days, and the round-trip freight will be borne by Loongtion

Refund Method

Original payment method: The refund will be returned via the original channel (Alipay, WeChat, bank card, etc.)
Arrival time: Generally arrives within 3-5 working days
Invoice handling: You can apply for a negative invoice after the return is completed
