Warranty Coverage

  • Faults caused by design, material or workmanship defects of the product
  • Faults caused by design, material or workmanship defects of the product
  • Failure of the product to be recognized or read/written normally
  • Failure of power-off protection function
  • Faults of core components such as main control chip and flash memory
  • Other hardware faults that meet the warranty conditions

Industrial grade SSD 5 Years Calculated from the date of purchase
Enterprise grade SSD 5 Years Calculated from the date of purchase
Battle Soul Grade SSD 5 Years Can be extended to 8 years upon application
Accessories 2 Years Calculated from the date of purchase

Note: The warranty period for customized products can be negotiated separately according to the contract, with a maximum of 8 years.

Warranty Exclusions

  • Manual disassembly, repair or modification of the product
  • Damage caused by water ingress, moisture exposure or contact with liquids
  • Physical damage caused by dropping, collision or extrusion
  • Faults caused by exceeding the specified operating temperature and humidity range
  • Use of incompatible power supplies or interface devices
  • Normal wear and tear or aging
  • Problems caused by failure to use the product in accordance with the user manual specifications
  • Software damage or data loss caused by third parties

Warranty Application Process

    Submit Application

    Provide product model, serial number, purchase proof and fault description

  3. 3

    Fault Confirmation

    We will respond and confirm the fault type within 12 hours

  4. 4

    Remote Troubleshooting or Return to Factory

    Provide remote technical support or arrange factory return inspection based on the fault type

  5. 5

    Repair/Replacement

    Complete repair or replacement with a new product within 7 working days

  6. 6

    Product Return Shipment

    Free shipment back to the customer (Loongtion bears the round-trip freight)

Warranty Certificate Requirements

  • Original purchase invoice or purchase proof
  • Product warranty card (if available)
  • Product serial number (printed on the product label)
  • Proof of purchase date

Post-warranty Service

Products beyond the warranty period can still enjoy paid repair services. We provide free fault detection, repair costs are evaluated and quoted based on damaged components (main control, flash memory, etc.), and a 3-month warranty is provided after repair is completed.

Bulk Purchase and On-site Support

For bulk purchase customers (≥100 units), specific service content can be clarified and optimized in the purchase contract. Loongtion can dispatch engineers to provide on-site services including:

  • Product installation guidance and commissioning
  • System compatibility testing and certification
  • On-site fault troubleshooting and technical training
  • Customized extended warranty scheme design
