Warranty Policy
This page covers Loongtion limited warranty for industrial storage: what is covered, periods by product tier, exclusions, what to prepare for a claim, and the RMA steps — plus out-of-warranty options and volume support.
What is covered
Scope of the standard limited warranty for products sold through authorized channels.
- Loongtion provides a limited warranty against defects in materials and workmanship under normal use, subject to the exclusions below.
- Warranty service applies to products purchased from authorized distributors or Loongtion official channels with verifiable proof of purchase.
Warranty periods
Typical coverage length by product class. Contract or label terms take precedence when they differ.
| Product | Period | Notes |
|---|---|---|
| Industrial / Enterprise / Military-spec SSDs | 5 years | From the date of purchase, unless a different period is stated on the label or contract. |
| Military-spec extended program | Up to 8 years | Where offered and registered according to program rules. |
| Accessories & other products | 2 years | From the date of purchase unless otherwise specified. |
Custom or project-specific products may carry different warranty terms as agreed in writing.

- Normal wear, cosmetic damage, or performance degradation within industry-standard endurance limits for NAND flash.
