Series overview
SATA DOM (disk-on-module) boots industrial motherboards, kiosks, and gateways without a 2.5" bay. Loongtion vertical SATA DOM lines emphasize SLC endurance, −40°C to +85°C coverage, and multi-year supply for long-life embedded hosts — including China-localized SKUs for dual-source programs.
Technical points to align
Mechanical fit is as critical as protocol: confirm pin count/connector (e.g. 36-pin DIP vs 7+15 pin families), height, and orientation. Electrical SATA compatibility does not guarantee mechanical drop-in — Apacer SDM-class and InnoDisk SATADOM families must be checked against the Loongtion connector drawing before quoting as pin-compatible.
