Industrial LPDDR4X fits compact SoCs in edge gateways, HMIs, and sealed IoT controllers where board space and power matter. Loongtion YZDB* LPDDR4X (FBGA178/200, 0.6V core) covers 2–8GB class densities with −40°C to +85°C industrial grades for outdoor and unheated cabinets.
Technical points to align
Critical checks: LPDDR4X 0.6V vs LPDDR4 1.1V (never mix), package (FBGA178 vs FBGA200 ball maps), channel map, and density. Samsung K4U6E3S4AM / K3LK* and Micron MT53E* paths are functional shortlists after schematic review. SK hynix H9HCNNNB* may be LPDDR4 — confirm voltage before any claim.
