Series overview

NVMe BGA SSDs solder to the PCB for vibration-heavy machine vision, defense recording, and ultra-compact industrial compute where an M.2 connector is not allowed. Loongtion industrial and extreme-temp NVMe BGA lines target sealed, fanless hosts that need PCIe/NVMe bandwidth without a removable drive.

Technical points to align

Align PCIe generation/lanes, NVMe revision, BGA ball map, capacity, DRAM-less vs DRAM-cache architecture, and temperature grade. Form-factor / protocol alternatives to Samsung PM971-class BGA and SMI controller designs require firmware and thermal validation on the carrier board.
